Process:

Tip your board on its side, leaning it on your Remote or other item.

Remove the Allen Wrench from the Skate Tool. Use the Allen Wrench and Skate Tool to remove the nuts from one side of the front truck. Put them to the side.

If your board has a #1 under the tail it has truck screws. Dispose of the old screws and use the new, longer screws that came with your ShredLights.

Insert two new truck screws. Slide the ShredLight bracket onto them. Make sure the bracket is towards the nose of the board.

Replace and hand tighten the truck nuts. Then use the Allen Wrench and Skate Tool to secure the bracket.

Grab one of the front ShredLights. You'll know its the front one by the presence of vertical lines on the lens. Also if you click it on it will shine white.

Place the front hook of the ShredLight over the bracket. Put your thumb on the lens and push the ShredLight back until the back hook slides around the bracket.

Here is an example of how to slide it on:

Repeat these steps for the other side of the front truck.

Once the front ShredLights are on, shift your focus to the rear truck.

Use the Allen Wrench and Skate Tool to remove the rear truck screws and nuts from one side of the base plate.

If your board has a "#1" to the left of the serial # underneath the tail, that means it came with short screws, which make the ShredLight bracket installation more difficult. Dispose of the short screws and use the long screws included with your ShredLights.

Insert the two long truck screws and place the ShredLight bracket so the bracket is towards the tail of the board.

Hand tighten the truck nuts.

The truck nut on the inside (under the motor) may be difficult to access to get the threads to catch. Make sure to orient the board in such a way where you have the best angle. It may help to turn the screw while attempting to get the nut threads to catch.

Optional

If you are having a very hard time getting the inner truck nut to catch, you can follow these directions to lift your hanger, which will make the nuts easier to access.

Once both nuts are hand-tightened, use the Allen Wrench and Skate Tool to firmly secure both screws.

Repeat these steps for the other side of the truck to install the other rear bracket.

Grab a rear ShredLight. It will have a fogged lens and when you click it on it will shine red.

Slide the ShredLight onto the bracket hook, pushing on the lens until the rear of the ShredLight hooks onto the bracket.

Here is an example of how to slide it on:

Turn the front and rear ShredLights on and you're ready to ride.
